Is the inside visit of Notre-Dame included in this tour?

No, we are not visiting the inside of the Cathedral. Since its reopening, guiding inside Notre-Dame is not permitted. However, the tour ends at Notre-Dame, allowing you to explore the inside on your own. Entrance to Notre-Dame is free of charge, and there are two lines: one for visitors without a reservation and one for those with a reservation. To reserve your spot, you can download the official app, Notre-Dame de Paris, available on the App Store and Google Play or book directly online on the Notre-Dame platform; Reservations open three days in advance, but you can also enter without a reservation. During the tour, your guide will provide all the context and fascinating details to enhance your visit. Additionally, the tour includes another stunning Gothic masterpiece: the Sainte-Chapelle

Yes, you can get inside the Conciergerie with our guide. During the booking process, simply check the box to include this option. This visit is a must for history enthusiasts, offering a glimpse into the Conciergerie’s fascinating past as a royal palace and revolutionary prison.

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund. Exceptions are: for tours with tickets we charge a 20% cancellation fee; for the Eiffel Tower and Versailles tours (see below for specific cancellation charges).
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a 60% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will be charged a 250€ cancellation fee.
