She grew up

and did all her schooling in London, even though she was not born there. People sometimes ask “Wasn’t it awful growing up in a big city with nowhere to go out and play?” She replies, “Absolutely not! London was, and still is, my playground, and if it is parks and open spaces you are after, then you have come to the right place!”

She loves

the different characteristics of the neighborhoods of London. From Mayfair with its air of money and sophistication, to the more relaxed, trendy Shoreditch and Hackney. There is a neighborhood to suit every mood!

She is a huge fan

of the Queen and is always excited to see the flag up at Buckingham Palace indicating that she is ‘home.’ Even more excitingly, Rachel was once with clients at Kensington Palace when Prince William drove past and waved at them – obviously indicating that her reputation as one of the most fun Tour Guides in London is well known!

The view from beside the Royal Observatory in Greenwich

My Guilty Pleasure?

Visiting branches of a well-known chocolate shop in London simply to try the free samples!
