FAQ

Do we drive the Vespa sidecar?

No, each vehicle is driven by a professional driver and can accommodate two guests: one in the sidecar and one on the Vespa, behind the driver. And for a little extra fun, the two guests (except young adventurers) can swap places at any stop! Pretty cool, isn’t it?

Could the weather be an obstacle for this tour?

In case of rain, we provide rainproof ponchos. During colder months, we offer blankets, electric hot water bottles, and heated seats on our sidecars for added comfort. In summer, guests receive fresh water bottles, fans, cool misters, and scarves to cover shoulders when entering churches. Nothing can stop us !

How is the sidecar equipped?

Our Vespa sidecars are designed to accommodate up to two guests: one in the sidecar and the other seated behind the driver on the Vespa itself. We provide helmets (with specific sizes for kids), head caps, dual-system radio devices, and earphones, allowing you to listen to live commentary safely, even during the ride.

Is this tour suitable for young kids?

Children can join the tour from 5 years old. Young children will ride inside the sidecar with seatbelts, a kid-sized helmet, and a booster seat if needed. If they are taller than 150 cm / 4 feet 11 inches, they can sit behind the driver.

Is there a size/weight limit?”

Please note that our sidecars can hold up to 110 kg (242 pounds), with a maximum height of 1.90 m (6 feet 3 inches). The maximum weight for riding pillion on the Vespa is 118 kg (260 pounds).

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund. Exceptions are: for tours with tickets we charge a 20% cancellation fee; for the Eiffel Tower and Versailles tours (see below for specific cancellation charges).

      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a 60% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will be charged a 250€ cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.

      For Workshops and Classes:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your workshop/class will receive a 50% refund.

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund.
