Is there a minimum age to participate?

The minimum age to participate at the VR experience is 7 years.

Is the Virtual Reality experience conducted indoors or outdoors?

The Virtual Reality experience takes place outdoors using a high-tech VR headset. Although you are physically outside, the immersive technology makes you feel as though you’re truly inside the virtual environment. It’s an ideal introduction to the monument and can be complemented by a guided tour later or on another day—have a look at our family tour at the Colosseum

What if we have more than 6 people in our group?

Each golf cart can accommodate up to 8 people (including your dedicated guide), so for groups larger than 7, we’ll provide an additional vehicle. This way, everyone can join in on the fun without anyone missing out!

Are Golf Carts Safe?

Yes, our golf carts are safe and comfortable, equipped with safety belts. Our partners maintain the fleet to the highest standards through regular inspections and maintenance.

Are there safety precautions for using a VR headset?

If you are pregnant, have vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, or suffer from a heart condition or other serious medical condition, we strongly recommend seeing a doctor before using the VR headset. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, do not use the headset or controller as they emit radio waves. VR headsets aren’t suitable for children under the age of about 5-6. This is for several reasons, including physical, emotional, and developmental. Amongst other concerns, VR devices have the potential to cause eye and neck strain as well as motion sickness in users.

Can I bring a wheelchair or a stroller?

Yes, absolutely! Our golf carts are designed to accommodate families and guests with all kinds of needs, including wheelchairs and strollers. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure everything is set up for a comfortable and accessible experience.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine! Our golf carts are equipped with roofs and plastic side coverings to keep you comfortable.

      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a 60% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will be charged a 250€ cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Workshops and Classes:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your workshop/class will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the workshop/class will be charged in full.

      For cruises, Tuk-tuk & Sidecar:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund.
