FAQ

Is the inside visit of Notre-Dame included in this tour?

Yes. You will step inside Notre-Dame Cathedral with your guide. If a Mass is taking place, speaking is not allowed inside, so explanations are given beforehand and you will walk through quietly. There may be a short wait to enter, but your guide manages everything so the experience stays smooth and stress-free.

Will my kids really enjoy this tour?

And if your teens want even more excitement, just let us know, we can even switch to a side-car experience (available with a supplement).

Is there a lot of walking?

The only real walking is inside the Louvre. After that, you relax during the tuk-tuk ride, which lets you see a lot without getting tired, and you’re dropped right at Notre-Dame..

Is it really a private tour?

Yes. This experience is fully private for your family only, with your own kid-friendly guide and private tuk-tuk. Just your family enjoying Paris together with complete attention and flexibility.

Can we replace the Louvre with another museum?

If you’ve already done the Louvre or prefer something different, we can switch to the Musée d’Orsay. Just tell us when booking – we’ll tailor the experience around your family.

Is the tuk-tuk ride safe for children?

Yes. Tuk-tuks are operated by professional licensed drivers, seatbelts are provided, and your guide stays with you onboard the entire time. Kids love it – and parents feel safe and relaxed.

What if we are more than 5 people?

That’s absolutely fine. Just tell us how many you are and our superhero team will organize everything and share any additional costs.

What happens if it rains?

No worries – the tour runs rain or shine. Tuk-tuks are equipped for rain protection, and your guide will always ensure everyone stays comfortable so the experience remains enjoyable.

What about Mass or religious services at Notre-Dame?

If a Mass is taking place when you arrive, your guide will give explanations beforehand and you will enter silently. Entry may take slightly longer as worshippers are prioritized, but your guide handles logistics so it remains smooth.
