A Family-Friendly Pastry Workshop in Central Paris

Held in a fully-equipped pastry kitchen in central Paris, this family-friendly baking class is all about fun, creativity, and teamwork. Each participant (kids and adults!) will get their hands in the dough, measure ingredients, mix batters, and pipe creams just like a real French baker. By the end, you’ll have made your very own masterpiece — and yes, you get to eat it too!

You’ll choose one recipe for your private workshop:

  • French macarons (choose one flavor: chocolate, vanilla, lemon, or pistachio)
  • Creamy vanilla choux pastries
  • Lemon tart with fluffy French meringue
  • Salted butter caramel & chocolate ganache tart

Absolutely! The more, the merrier. Just let our superhero team know the total number of participants — and whether they’re adults or kids — when filling out our request form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your group in the sweetest way possible!

How long does this French pastry class last?

The class lasts around 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to learn, bake, and enjoy your sweet creation without feeling rushed.

Do I need any baking experience to join?

Not at all! This class is perfect for beginners and pastry lovers alike. Our expert chefs will walk you through each step with tips and techniques to make your dessert a success — no matter your skill level.

Is this pastry class suitable for gluten-free or dairy-free diets?

Good news — our macaron recipe is naturally gluten-free, and we also offer gluten-free versions of our chocolate ganache tart and lemon meringue tart upon request. Need a dairy-free option? We can adapt the recipe to your needs — just let us know in advance when booking.
Please note: while we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, the kitchen is not certified allergen-free.

Can young children join this French pastry class?

Yes — children ages 5 and up are more than welcome! Our chefs are wonderful with kids and know how to make the experience both fun and educational for the whole family.
If your child is under 5, they can still participate, but will need to be paired with a parent throughout the workshop to fully enjoy the activity with a bit of extra support.

Where does the pastry class take place?

The workshop takes place in a professional pastry kitchen in central Paris. We’ll send you the exact address and meeting instructions once your booking is confirmed.

Is this a private class just for our family?

Yes! All of our pastry workshops are private and designed just for your family. That means personalized attention, a flexible pace, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Can we take home what we bake?

Absolutely! If you can resist eating everything on the spot, you’re welcome to take your pastries to go and enjoy them later.

Will we get the recipe to make the dessert at home?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll receive the full recipe so you can recreate your delicious French dessert back home. We’ll also give you tips on how to adapt the recipe using local ingredients, so you don’t need to fly back to Paris for another tart (unless you want to 😉).

What language is the class taught in?

Our chefs speak English fluently and are used to working with international families — especially from the U.S. Everything will be clearly explained and adapted to the kids’ level.

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund. Exceptions are: for tours with tickets we charge a 20% cancellation fee; for the Eiffel Tower and Versailles tours (see below for specific cancellation charges).

      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a 60% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will be charged a 250€ cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.

      For Workshops and Classes:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your workshop/class will receive a 50% refund.
