Overview

We know that you’ve heard of French cuisine’s reputation, pastries in particular: macarons, tartelettes citron meringuée, éclairs au chocolat, and so on. It’s now time to learn how to make them!

Bobbidi bibbidi boo! Your awesome chef will make all your sweet, chocolate, and fruity dreams a reality! All you have to do is book this French pastry workshop and you will be one pastry away from your goal!

Our awesome chefs will welcome you into their fully-equipped workshop, which will be the laboratory where you will create your pastry fantasy! They will share with you their expertise of pastries to help you build your knowledge. It’s well known that we learn better by doing, which is why each baker will have specific tasks to achieve the final result.

Learn how to make famous French treats in this pastry class

The chef will give you guidance and tips on how to make cream, how to line a baking mold with dough, and to properly separate egg whites. From A to Z, you will be the maker of a delightful recipe: macaron, seasonal fruit tart, or lemon custard pie, you will learn techniques and become a true pastry connoisseur!

After baking, time to savor your hard work and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee. Food orgasms sure-fire! You can also choose to have your creation to go. The most difficult part will be to choose which recipe you want to learn!

Here is the list to choose from:

– Macarons (choose 1 flavor: chocolate, vanilla, coffee, raspberries, pistachio, lemon, hazelnut, salted caramel)

– Lemon pies

– Meringues

– Seasonal fruit tarts

Can we book this class for more than 6 people?

Yes, the more the merrier! Just advise our superhero squad in your request form about the number of people in your party, as well as their category (adult or child).

Can I come even if I’m a complete beginner in cooking?

Everybody is welcome! This workshop aims to give the basis of pastry with some techniques; you will soon be able to make successful desserts.

Is this activity appropriate if I don’t eat gluten/lactose food?

If you’re allergic to any of these food items, we do not recommend this class.

Are children allowed to join this French pastry class?

Children over 6 are very welcome! Our Chefs are wonderful instructors.

Cancellation Policy

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund. Exceptions are: for tours with tickets we charge a 20% cancellation fee; for the Eiffel Tower and Versailles tours (see below for specific cancellation charges).
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a 60% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 5 days of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will be charged a 250€ cancellation fee.
      • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Workshops and Classes:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your workshop/class will receive a 50% refund.
      • Bookings cancelled within 10 days of the workshop/class will be charged in full.

      For cruises, Tuk-tuk & Sidecar:

      • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund.
      • Cancellations made between 10 days and 5 days prior to the date of your tour will receive a 50% refund.
