Are you looking for a tour that is a bit different? Struggling to keep your children and teens entertained with classic art museums? We have a 2-for-1 tour: discover magnificent street art, while discovering a neighborhood of Paris you likely would have never stumbled upon by yourselves!

Street art is a worldwide phenomenon and Paris has become one of its richest cities. Naturally, the central, very touristy districts practically lack it, but as soon as you make your way into periphery districts, it’s in full bloom. Belleville illustrates a different side of Paris- this neighborhood is full of various cultures and a lively artistic ambiance that can’t be found in every district of Paris.

Thanks to our street art expert’s distinguishing eye, your family will learn to differentiate tags, sometimes rather pedestrian, from street art, which, on the contrary, illustrates real creativity and usually holds a social message. Artists often begin with tags before developing a bigger ambition for more refined works. Some murals will blow the minds of everyone in your family, regardless of age. Sometimes, the paintings are not only high, but they’re also extremely huge, covering the whole blind side façade of a building. Wow! Your kids will forget all about their phones as they take it all in.

Urban art is not a long-lasting achievement; many works are illegal and thus destined for destruction. Works are constantly changing. That’s what makes this walk so interesting and so fleeting! Some works we’re hoping to see may have already vanished. Others have just been designed by artists last night. Hence, each street art tour is unique and offers a very exclusive experience.

After meeting with your street-art expert on Oberkampf Street, you will discover works sponsored by a non-profit, called “Le M.U.R”, an acronym meaning “wall” in English, but also Modulable Urbain Réactif (scalable, urban, reactive). It’s the historical and iconic spot for street artists. Here, it’s all about legal street art. Le Mur Association supports artists and invites them to express themselves alternatively on walls. So decoration changes very fast, but your family will still have time to take pictures along this street art tour!

You will walk down Rue Denoyez, a lane entirely dedicated to street art. Walls are covered by colors, patterns, some overlapping others. The graffiti artists can work at any time and maybe will even while you are there. Fingers crossed! Unfortunately, this area is threatened by a renovation project.

We will also check out one of the best views of Paris from Belleville Park, where local artists have done murals for the community. This is an opportunity to realize that street art is not only made of paint, but may also use mosaics in a very creative way. Between the gorgeous view of Paris and the art all around you, your family won’t know where to look first!

Cancellation Policy

      • Should the cancellation occur more than 7 days before the beginning of the Activity, we will refund you the full amount of the Reservation, Except for the tours with tickets, on which we retain 20% to cover their reservation cost, and except the Eiffel Tower and Versailles activities (see below for more details).
      • Should the cancellation occur between 7 days and 48 hours before the beginning of the Activity, we will refund you 50% of the Reservation.
      • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before the beginning of the Activity.

      For Eiffel Tower activities:

      • Should the cancellation occur between the day of your reservation and 5 days before the activity, we will refund you 60% of the Reservation.
      • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 5 days before the beginning of the Activity.

      For Versailles:

      • Should the cancellation occur between the day of your reservation and 7 days before the activity, there will be a 250€ of cancellation fees.
      • Should the cancellation occur between 7 days and 48 hours before the beginning of the Activity, we will refund you 50% of the Reservation.
      • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before the beginning of the Activity.

      For Workshops and Classes:

      • Should the cancellation occur at least 10 days before the beginning of the Activity, we will refund you 50% of the reservation.
      • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 10 days before the beginning of the Activity.

      For cruises, Tuk-tuk & Sidecar:

      • Should the cancellation occur 10 days before your tour, we will refund you the full amount of the Reservation.
      • Should the cancellation occur between 10 days and 5 days before your tour, we will refund you 50% of the Reservation.
      • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 5 days before the beginning of your tour.

  • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 6 days before the beginning of the Activity.

For Workshops and Classes:

  • Should the cancellation occur 7 days before the beginning of the Activity, we will refund you 50% of the reservation.
  • We will not make any refund for cancellations occurring less than 7 days before the beginning of the Activity.
