Do we have skip-the-line access to the Duomo?

Yes, you’ll enjoy an inside visit to the Duomo with fast-track access, allowing you to bypass the long entrance lines. While there may still be a brief wait for security checks, it’s minimal compared to the hours-long queues others face.

Does the Brunelleschi Dome is part of the tour?

No, the Dome climb is not part of this tour. However, we recommend planning it at the end of your visit, as it’s an incredible experience to see Florence from above. Please keep in mind that it involves climbing 463 steps, with no elevators available, so it requires a good level of physical fitness and may not be suitable for everyone. If you’d like to include it in your day, let us know in our contact form, and we can help you plan accordingly!

Is it suitable for young kids?

This tour already includes a fun and engaging game, but if your children are very young, we recommend the shorter 2-hour Florence Treasure Hunt version instead. The main difference is that this 3-hour tour includes the interior of the Duomo, which, while impressive, may not be as exciting for younger kids compared to the more fast-paced activities in the shorter version.

Will my teens like this best of Florence and Duomo kids tour?

Absolutely! Even though we won’t use the leaflet for them, our guides are excellent storytellers who know how to captivate teens with fascinating historical anecdotes. And if they’re up for a little challenge, we suggest climbing the Dome at the end of the tour—463 steps to brag about and unbeatable views of the city as a reward! Totally optional, of course!

      • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the date of your tour will receive a full refund. Exceptions are: for tours with tickets we charge a 20% cancellation fee; for the Eiffel Tower and Versailles tours (see below for specific cancellation charges).

      • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of your tour will be charged in full.

      For Versailles:
