FAQ

Do we really learn how to make both Croissants and Pains au Chocolat?

Yes, you do! We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the two most iconic French treats. You will learn the specific techniques for both, including how to tuck rich chocolate bars into the dough to create that perfect, gooey center in your pains au chocolat.

Is there a minimum age to join the baking fun?

[bouton_read_more]To ensure a safe experience, young chefs must be at least 6 years old to actively handle the dough. However, younger siblings are welcome to join as “junior observers!” While they won’t participate in the baking, they can still soak up the atmosphere and help with the important job of taste-testing those crispy croissants.

Will we be able to bake these again once we get home?

That is our main goal! We share professional tips and simplified methods specifically designed for home kitchens. So you’ll be able to make them again at home.

Is this a private session for just my family?

Yes, this is a private workshop. This allows our baker to give you and your children 100% of their attention, ensuring a safe, personalized, and relaxed environment where you can ask all your questions and go at your own pace.

Do we need to bring anything with us?

Just your appetite and a desire to learn! We provide all the professional equipment, ingredients, and aprons for both adults and kids. You’ll also leave with a box to carry your warm, handmade masterpieces back to your hotel (if they make it that far!).

Can we bake cakes or macarons during this session instead?

This workshop focuses exclusively on croissants and pains au chocolat, but we have other workshops dedicated to French Macarons and classic French pastries. Have a look by clicking right here!

What if our “bakery squad” has more than 6 people?

The more, the merrier! If your group is larger than six, simply let our superhero support team know via your request form. Provide the total number of adults and children, and we’ll get back to you quickly with a personalized quote for the extra guests.
