Paola’s world has always been filled with color, especially her favorite one, orange. She grew up under Florence’s cobalt-blue sky, surrounded by the warm tones of ochre palazzos and terracotta roofs. Today, she lives in the green hills just outside the city, where olive trees and fairy tales seem to blend. It’s easy to imagine that the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio might be her neighbor!
Paola studied Art History in Florence, in the shadow of Brunelleschi’s dome. She knows every secret and fun anecdote about the great masters who shaped her city, from Brunelleschi carving tiny turnips to test his dome, to Leonardo’s backward notes, and Michelangelo guided by the stars. Her tours are like stories come to life, full of laughter and wonder.
When she’s not guiding families through Florence’s treasures, Paola looks up to the sky. Astronomy is her other great passion, she often joins local astronomers to observe Venus, her favorite planet, or to trace the constellation of Canis Major. She also loves hiking in the woods with her honey-colored chihuahua, Yuki, and sharing bright smiles with children wherever she goes.
